There are three cross-country tracks that are free of charge in Sölden: from an easy track over flat meadows (Hofer Böden-Windau) to a medium-difficulty trail with gentle climbs and ascents and a loop through forests and across meadows near Zwieselstein – training in Sölden is particularly effective due to the altitude. Not only cross-country skiers, but also ice skaters get their money’s worth in Sölden: A well-maintained ice rink awaits you at the sports field.

You’re looking for more variety? The Freizeit Arena in Sölden is a worthwhile destination in summer and winter. In addition to an adventure swimming pool for both young and old and a sauna area, a large sports hall, climbing wall, fitness studio and bowling alley await you. The aqua Dome in Längenfeld is the only thermal spa in Tyrol. On more than 2000 m² you will find a total of 12 indoor and outdoor pools. The view from the outdoor pools is particularly spectacular.
